Job Description/Requirements
1.Call Center Staff (3-Month Fixed Contract)
Location: Nairobi
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Call Center Agents to join our team on a 3-month fixed contract. This role is ideal for individuals looking for short-term employment and those interested in gaining experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
-Assisting customers with questions, concerns, and product/service information.
-Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
-Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction.
-Meet or exceed performance targets (call volume and conversion, customer satisfaction, etc.).
2.Customer Relations and Sales:
Location: Nairobi, Kiambu, Meru and Nakuru
In this position, your focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while also driving sales and business growth. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, along with a proven track record in sales and lead generation, then this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring they understand all required documentation and procedures.
-Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead generation strategies.
-Manage the sales pipeline and effectively close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our loan products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and provide tailored solutions.
-Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth client transactions and follow-up on outstanding loan processing or sales issues.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales progress.

3.Customer Success(Collections)
Location: Nairobi
We are looking for dedicated and results-driven Candidates to join our growing collections team. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering all and overdue payments from clients while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. You will work closely with customers to negotiate repayment plans, resolve issues, and ensure that accounts are brought up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
-Negotiate payment schedules with clients while ensuring timely recovery of debts.
-Keep accurate records of collection activities, payment arrangements, and client interactions.
-Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and working towards mutually beneficial solutions.
-Identify accounts that require further escalation and work closely with management on next steps.
-Collaborate with the broader collections team to develop effective strategies for improving recovery rates.
Key Qualifications:
-At least a Diploma graduate In Business Management /administration /communications /marketing or equivalent (Carry your academic certificates to the interview).
-Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
-Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
-Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
-Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
-A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
-Strong sales skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets is a plus for candidates applying for the customer relations/sales position.
-Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Computer literacy- Microsoft office tools, Apps and technology/Google services (Google docs, spreadsheets)/Typing speed 20 WPM
-25,000KES~30,000KES starting salary depending on computer skills and the result of the interview.
Computer skill test in the interview:
We will ask the interview candidate to perform some basic practical tasks on google services. Candidates are expected to complete all the tasks within the given time.
