Job Summary
Dotcash Credit Limited is seeking dedicated and professional Debt Collectors to join our team. As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding debts and negotiate repayment plans. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations

Job Description/Requirements
1. Negotiate and establish repayment plans that align with company policies and customer circumstances

2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection efforts and interactions.
3. Resolve customer issues related to debt collection, providing clear and professional explanations.
4.Collaborate with internal teams to address disputes and identify solutions.
5. Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets while adhering to ethical and legal standards
1. Educational Qualification:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is an advantage.
2. Experience:
Previous experience as a Debt Collector or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Familiarity with collection techniques and legal compliance in debt recovery is an added advantage.
3. Skills and Competencies:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
