Key Responsibilities:

•  Customer Interaction: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.

•  Education and Support: Educate customers about our products, including details about skincare ingredients and their benefits

•  Problem Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

•  Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service improvements.

•  Brand Advocacy: Uphold the brand’s reputation and mission in every customer interaction.



Qualifications:

•  Diploma in any field.

•  Proven experience in customer service in the skincare or beauty industry.

•  1 year experience in the skincare industry

•  Strong understanding of skincare products and ingredients.

•  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•  Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and diplomacy.

•  A track record of honesty, integrity, and reliability


Skills:

•  Empathetic and customer-focused approach.

•  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

•  Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

•  Adaptable to new technologies and systems used in customer support
