Job Description/Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for online store customer service, ensuring smooth completion of orders, including the whole process of pre-sales, sales, and after-sales, such as user consultation, solving complaints and disputes, etc.
- Responsible for customer operations, such as keep close contact with high-quality customers, account verification, etc.;
- Complete monthly targets;
- Keep abreast of market trends, analyze the root causes of problems based on industry characteristics, and continuously improve and optimize products.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, with experience in e-commerce customer service or those who are interested in working in the e-commerce industry in higher priority;
- The platform operates 24 hours a day, willing to work in shifts;
- proficient in basic office software such as word, excel;
- Good time management skills, careful and patient work, strong understanding and communication skills, good at analyzing and solving practical problems;
Additional information
· Work location: Nairobi, ACK Garden Annex
· Working hours: morning shift 8am-8pm, night shift 8pm-8am
· Rest days: 8 off days per month
