Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries promptly.

- Experience Level : Mid level
Job Description/Requirements
1. Responsible for online store customer service, ensuring smooth completion of orders, including the whole process of pre-sales, sales, and after-sales, such as user consultation, solving complaints and disputes, etc.
2.
Responsible for customer operations, such as keeping close contact
with high-quality customers, account verification, etc.;
3.
Complete monthly targets;
4. Keep abreast of market trends,
analyze the root causes of problems based on industry
characteristics, and continuously improve and optimize products.
Job requirements
1. Only Livechat customer service.
2. Bachelor
degree or above, with experience in e-commerce customer service or
those who are interested in working in the e-commerce industry in
higher priority.
3.The platform
operates 24 hours a day, willing to work in shifts.
4. Proficient
in basic office software such as word, excel.
5. Good time
management skills, careful and patient work, strong understanding and
communication skills, good at analyzing and solving practical
problems.
6. Should present
their certificate of good conduct.
Additional information
• Monthly
salary: (basic salary + bonus + night shift allowance + overtime pay
= between 31250 & 46450
• Work location: Vision
Plaza, Unit 42, Mombasa Road
• Working hours: Day shift
8am-8pm, Night shift 8pm-8am
• Rest days: 8 off days per month
on a shift basis.
