Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer needs. Responsibilities include managing overstayed orders, resolving complaints, responding to inquiries via social media and phone, and supporting audit feedback processes.

Job Description/Requirements
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Management and clearance of overstayed ready orders I.e. both with and without balances and quarterly basis and ensuring the client gets the orders.
- Responding to all company’s social media platforms.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Support audit department by contacting customers for feedback.
- Oversee phone etiquette across the branches and the office staff.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
- Any other assigned duty.
Requirements & Skills:
- Diploma; additional satisfaction in customer service preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service/ front desk.
- Neat & presentable.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Computer skills.
