We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer needs. Responsibilities include managing overstayed orders, resolving complaints, responding to inquiries via social media and phone, and supporting audit feedback processes.

Job Description/Requirements

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Management and clearance of overstayed ready orders I.e. both with and without balances and quarterly basis and ensuring the client gets the orders.
  • Responding to all company’s social media platforms.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Support audit department by contacting customers for feedback.
  • Oversee phone etiquette across the branches and the office staff.
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
  • Any other assigned duty.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Diploma; additional satisfaction in customer service preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service/ front desk.
  • Neat & presentable.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Computer skills.
