Role; To build and maintain relationships with customers.

  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

  •  Managing day-to-day queries from customers while giving excellent customer experience.
  •  Taking full ownership of all inquiries and following through up to the end.
  •  Making follow-ups to keep the customer aware of the progress of their issues.
  •  Keeping and updating records of all customer interactions.
  •  Advising potential customers on available products and promotions by providing expert knowledge on the products.
  •  Communicating with retail sales centres to ensure customers are well served


Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor Degree/ Diploma or experience equivalence.
  •  Previous Customer Service Experience desired (ideally Contact Center)
  •  Good knowledge of MS Office Skills.

  •  Quick Decision-making ability: Quickly understands situations and takes the right decisions for a fast and accurate resolution of incoming requests.
  •  Excellent Communication skills both with colleagues and external customers.
  •  High attention to details and a desire to work faultlessly.
  •  Ability to work quickly through customer requests maintaining high quality standards.
  • High resilience to work under pressure & the ability to multi-task.
