JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an End-to-End Website Tester & Content Developer. This is a remote, contract position where you will play a key role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and overall quality of our website. Additionally, you will assist in developing engaging content to enhance our online presence.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website testing, content creation, and basic tech support, along with excellent communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct end-to-end testing of the website to identify bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement.Test website functionality across multiple devices and browsers to ensure compatibility.Develop and publish engaging content, including social media updates, and multimedia materials.Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals.Onboard customers and provide basic tech support and troubleshooting for website-related issues.Assist in optimizing website performance and user experience.Use Microsoft Office Suite and multimedia tools to create and edit content.Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team to report progress and findings.Requirements:Access to a PC or laptop with reliable internet connection.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with social media platforms and content writing.Basic knowledge of website testing tools and methodologies is a plus.Familiarity with multimedia tools for content creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).Familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Background in tech support, customer service, or a related field is a plus.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
