Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly.
Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle basic complaints professionally.
Clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, and reset tables for new guests.
Process bills and handle cash or card payments accurately.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Requirements & Skills
Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant or bar preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverages (including bar service).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables.
Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused approach.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
