Job Title: Waiters (4 Men)
Reports To: Restaurant Manager 
Employment Type: Full-time 

Location: Kilimani, Nairobi

Key Responsibilities
 Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
 Present menus, explain daily specials, and make food and beverage recommendations.
 Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly.
 Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
 Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle basic complaints professionally.
 Clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, and reset tables for new guests.
 Process bills and handle cash or card payments accurately.
 Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements & Skills
 Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant or bar preferred.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 Basic knowledge of food and beverages (including bar service).
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables.
 Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused approach.
 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
