Job Description/Requirements
Waiter
- Attend to guests upon entrance
- Helps guests select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails and aperitifs; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions.
- Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording guest’s choices; identifying guest’s special dietary needs and special request5.Prepares room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils, with special attention to sanitation.
- Proficient with micros
Barman
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for the bar and restaurant guests.
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve drinks.
- Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails.
- Sell or influence guests by upselling.
- Maintain a clean working area.
- Maintain liquor inventory and consumption.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Proficient with micros
Pan Asian Chef
- prepping ingredients, cooking, and plating food in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and specifications
- Have excellent knowledge of Chinese, Japanese and continental cuisine.
