Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the go-to contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions across various channels. Your role will be vital in enhancing the customer experience and fostering strong relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier support via voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Actively listen to customer needs and offer personalized assistance
- Gather feedback to improve our services and contribute to team strategies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc. (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
Technical Requirements:
- Personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
- Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) will be required upon employment
