Job Description/Requirements

About role:

The role would require an enthusiastic individual to work under demanding conditions, working towards an aggressive Sales target measured by profit.

The role will involve managing a varied portfolio of around 20 accounts across the EMEA region (Retailers carriers, wholesalers).

Core task will be voice trading, maintaining the current business and creating strategies to grow the business further while maintaining price & quality from the accounts.

The role will also require supporting their portfolio in Dispute resolution, Quality management, managing exposures and credit lines, support in technical issues.


Responsibilities:

Engage in voice trading, maintaining current business, and creating strategies to grow the business further

Service the needs of IDT retail business (Boss Revolution)

Manage a portfolio of accounts across EMEA regions (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), including operators, retailers, and wholesalers of voice services

Identify and pursue opportunities within the customer set across IDT’s product portfolio (IMTU, UCaaS/CCaaS, money remittance)

Support the portfolio in dispute resolution, quality management, managing exposures, and credit lines

Collaborate closely with the EMEA team and other regions to find opportunities between accounts to create additional value

Understand the needs of the retail team and work with partners to create retail focused deals 

Own numbers, analyze data, and present findings

Drive cost saving for business and bring in new streams of traffic and opportunities

Attend Telecom shows to represent IDT and promote a full range of IDT products


Requirements:

Enthusiastic individual capable of working under demanding conditions

Experience in voice trading

Ability to work towards aggressive Sales Margin targets

Experience managing a varied portfolio of accounts (20-25) across the EMEA region (retailers, operators, wholesalers)

Familiarity with IDT’s product portfolio (IMTU, UCaas/CCaas, money remittance)

Strong relationship-building skills with accounts that could add value

Knowledge of quality management, dispute resolution, managing exposures, and credit lines

Ability to support technical issues (minor, or raising with tech team)

Analytical skills for owning numbers, analyzing, and presenting

Fluent in English. French is a plus
