Position: Village Youth Trainer
Reports to: Field Technician
Location: Nyanza, and Western Kenya
Duration: 6 months

Your key roles will be:
1. Searching for, training, evaluating and monitoring village youth in the executing of solar-irrigation, and solar drying projects in line with farmers needs
2. Building and maintaining relationships with smallholder farmers
3. Monitoring and evaluating projects done by the village youth to ensure they meet the company’s set standards
4. Leading, motivating, and growing the village youths
5. Prepare weekly training reports
6. Train the village youth project management, maintenance, and repairs
7. Analyze and advise on the village youth training outcomes
8. Ensure smooth material supply, and village youth training

- A results-driven professional with a track record in rural development
- Experienced in the agriculture industry is a must
