Key Responsibilities
- Capture high quality videos and photos at active construction sites

Edit videos into engaging content for:
- TikTok
- Instagram Reels
- Twitter (X)

Create different styles of content:
- Site progress videos
- Before & after transformations
- Short-form social media videos
- Behind-the-scenes construction content
- Work with the team to execute a weekly content calendar
- Organize and manage video footage and media files
KPIs (Performance Expectations)
- Deliver 3–5 edited videos per week
- Maintain consistent quality and creativity
- Contribute to growing the company’s social media engagement
Compensation
- KES 10,000 per month
