Van Sales Representatives

Salary: 30,000-40,000 Negotiable
Location: Nairobi

Our client is a distribution and logistics company with core business being distribution of EABL Products is currently looking to hire Van Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities
• Maintain the relationship with clients and measure the client’s satisfaction with clients feedback about the quality of our products
• Market the company’s products
• Support the execution of the sales strategy
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed exciting and aggressive work targets.
• Have the duty and responsibility of ensuring that all company revenues/debts are followed to specific clients/individuals and are collected within a specified time
• Carry out market research/competitor analysis on a periodical basis making appropriate recommendations
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
• Preparing and submitting sales reports
• Keep abreast of the ever-changing market, rules and regulations governing the industry.
• Responsible for leading marketing campaigns that will drive sales.

Requirements
• Certificate in Sales and marketing or related field.
• Candidates should have a minimum experience of 2 years in Sales
• MUST have a proven sales record and has to be energetic in field sales.
• Candidates should have prior experience in a similar field.
• Passionate & aggressive.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and outlook.
• MUST HAVE A VALID DL for either a FSR/FRR/FVR TRUCK or MOTORBIKE.
