This is your chance to grow with us, we are looking for a Van Sales Executive whose main roles will be to: driving revenue growth, expand market presence, and establish strong relationships with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and customer segments to drive growth.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement a plan to maximize sales and market share.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Conduct end of day reconciliation on stocks, sales and revenue and share daily reports.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, or its equivalent.
• KCSE mean grade of C + with a C (plain) in mathematics.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in FMCG/Alcohol industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of honesty, integrity, agility, and attention to detail
• High level of accountability and ability to cope with pressure.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Market knowledge and strategic thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivation and result-oriented
• Must have a valid driving license with class B, C.
