Travel Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Travel Consultants to join our team in Kenya. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dynamic travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to book and manage travel arrangements 

• Provide expert travel advice and recommendations to clients

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

• Create and customize travel itineraries

• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry changes

Qualifications

1. GDS Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience using Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, etc) - Mandatory Requirement.

2. Remote Work Skills: Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

3. Technical Requirements: 

o Reliable high-speed internet connection

o Access to a personal computer

4. Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

5. Customer Service: Strong customer care skills with a focus on client satisfaction
