We are looking for highly skilled travel consultant experience in the travel industry specializing in travel, e.g., corporate travel, leisure travel, luxury travel. Expert in utilizing both Amadeus and Galileo GDS for efficient booking, fare searching, and itinerary management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
Itinerary Creation: Prepare detailed and accurate itineraries for clients, incorporating all booking confirmations and relevant travel information.
Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after travel.
Supplier Management: Maintain strong working relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
Post-Booking Support: Monitor bookings for any potential issues, proactively address potential problems and provide updates to clients as needed.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, client information, and other relevant data.
Problem Solving: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve booking issues and client concerns.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Booking & Ticketing: Utilize Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems to book a full range of travel products, including flights (domestic and international), hotels, car rentals, and other ancillary services. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all bookings.
Sales (Optional, depending on role): Potentially contribute to sales targets through proactive client interaction and upselling opportunities.
