Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Travel Agent Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a Diploma in Tours and Travel and a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a fast-paced travel agency. The role requires extensive knowledge of international travel, visa processes, and abroad job placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert consultation on international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Assist clients with visa applications, ensuring compliance with all travel and immigration requirements.
Handle abroad job placements by connecting clients with suitable opportunities and advising them on travel logistics.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international travel regulations, visa policies, and documentation requirements.
Offer tailored travel solutions to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Coordinate and liaise with embassies, consulates, and travel authorities to facilitate seamless travel arrangements.
Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Work under pressure to meet deadlines in a busy and dynamic travel agency environment.
Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
Stay updated with travel trends, airline policies, and global travel advisories.
Key Requirements:
Diploma in Tours and Travel or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a busy travel agency.
Strong knowledge of international travel procedures and requirements.
Proven experience in abroad job placements and processing work-related travel documentation.
Excellent understanding of visa application processes and requirements for various countries.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
