We are seeking a responsible and organized School Transport Supervisor to oversee and manage our student daily transport by providing a safe, reliable, and efficient transport system for our students.

TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR JOB POSITION
Location: South B, Nairobi.
Employment Type: Full Time
Age: 30-35 years
Gross Remuneration: 35,000.00 to 60,000.00
Qualifications and Experience:
· Degree or Diploma in Logistics, transport management or a related field.
· Minimum 3 -5 years proven work experience in fleet or transport operations.
· Valid understanding of NTSA regulations and experience in handling motor vehicles and drivers
· Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
· Experience in a school environment is an added advantage
· Excellent Communication skills and Leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate daily school transport schedules and routes.
· Plan and supervise the daily movement of school vans and buses.
· Keep accurate records of transport activities and incidents.
· Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and compliant with regulations.
· Report maintenance and repairs needed for school vans and buses
· Research and suggest cost-effective maintenance methods for vans and buses
· Conduct regular safety audits on vehicles
· Keep organized records of vehicles licenses, logbooks, insurance, tools, tyres and batteries
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and school transport policies
· Stay up-to-date with safety regulations
· Monitor, evaluate and suggest reduction measures of transportation related costs
