Key Responsibilities

•  Welcome travelers upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
•  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, or in-person in a courteous and timely manner.
•  Assist with baggage handling
•  Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.
•  Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
•  Handle special requests, including assistance for VIPs, elderly passengers, or families with young children.
•  Stay informed of flight schedules and resolve potential travel issues or delays
•  Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
•  Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve processes.
•  Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
•  Represent the company with professionalism and maintain excellent customer service standards

Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer relations or a related field.
•  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
•  Proficiency in Customer Service Software and CRM tools
•  Proven experience in Customer Service Management
•  Attitude: Positive, empathetic, and patient approach to customer interactions.
