Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Recommend suitable travel packages and services, providing detailed itineraries.
- Handle inquiries and convert them into bookings, striving to exceed sales targets.
Travel Arrangements & Booking:
- Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure all travel documents are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Manage any last-minute changes, cancellations, or travel emergencies efficiently.
Itinerary Planning & Customization:
- Develop tailored travel itineraries, considering client preferences and interests.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination information, and service offerings.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Address client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and other travel arrangements
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all transactions are handled properly.
- Assist with marrketing efforts and promote travel packages via digital platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Travel Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a tours and travel consulting role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with travel booking software and GDS (Global Distribution Systems).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and travel-related technologies.
