Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Sales:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Recommend suitable travel packages and services, providing detailed itineraries.
• Handle inquiries and convert them into bookings, striving to exceed sales targets.

Travel Arrangements & Booking:

• Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
• Ensure all travel documents are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Manage any last-minute changes, cancellations, or travel emergencies efficiently.

Itinerary Planning & Customization:

• Develop tailored travel itineraries, considering client preferences and interests.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination information, and service offerings.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Address client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and other travel arrangements
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all transactions are handled properly.
• Assist with marrketing efforts and promote travel packages via digital platforms.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Travel Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a tours and travel consulting role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the travel industry.
• In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with travel booking software and GDS (Global Distribution Systems).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and travel-related technologies.
