Job Summary
We are looking for a Travel Agent, who is passionate about traveling, ticketing and tour planning. You will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday and you will provide tourism related services and package tours for our clients. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Job Description/Requirements
- Research, explore and study different travel destination options,
- Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes
- Suggest suitable travel & tour options that best suite clients' needs
- Plan and organize travels & Holiday trips
- Book tickets, reserve accommodation, organize rental transportation Inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps and event programs
- Collect deposits and balances
- Offer and promote different services and offerings
- Keep learning about latest industry trends
- Assist the Marketing Manager
- Visiting Private Companies/ NGO’s/ Customers and Maintain relations
- Writing Reports company brochures assisting with promotional activities
- Preparing Tenders/ Proposals to submit and Follow up with concern companies
- Doing Market study /Digital Marketing and report to Marketing Manager
- Any other duties assigned by Marketing Manager or Managing Director
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
- Passionate about travel and tourism
- Excellent knowledge of latest tourism trends
- Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
- Good knowledge of travel software
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Good sales and presentation skills Customer oriented mindset
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills BA in Hospitality, T
- Travel, Tourism, Business or similar relevant field
- Candidates with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantage
- Any Sales Marketing related qualification
- Strong communication, sales, presentation, Management and Relations
- A minimum 1-3 Years experience in Marketing Field
- Have a Strong System knowledge in Excel Word power point
- Strong Verbal Written Communication skills
