We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for ourc ompany. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customerr elationships.
The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. He/ she mustb e comfortable presenting our products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Responsibilities
● Contact existing and potential customers with a view to making sales
● Answer questions about our products or about our company
● Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
● Enter and update customer information into the Tally ERP
● Take and process orders in an accurate manner
● Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
● Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota /targets and facilitate future sales
● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
● At least a Diploma in a business-related field
Requirements and skills
● Must be fluent in Gujarati
● Proven experience as telesales representative
● Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone
● Good knowledge of Tally ERP
● Quick learner
● Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
