TELESALES AGENTS
Job summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Betting & Casino industry. Our client is looking for energetic Telesales Agents with a strong ability to convert leads and promote betting and casino services. Applicants must have previous experience working in another betting company and/or casino.
Job descriptions & requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make inbound and outbound calls to new and existing clients.
• Explain products/services and convert leads into active users.
• Promote offers, bonuses, and new features to customers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate where necessary.
• Share basic weekly performance reports.
REQUIREMENTS
• Mandatory: Previous experience in a betting company and/or casino.
Minimum 1 year in telesales or telemarketing.
• Strong persuasive and communication skills.
• Excellent phone handling and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Google Workspace.
