Location: Nakuru

Salary: Kes 7,000 + Commission

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team in Nakuru. The ideal candidates should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to close deals. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales to meet targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

●     Identify and reach out to potential customers to introduce new products.

●     Meet and exceed set sales targets on a regular basis.

●     Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

●     Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

●     Provide excellent customer service by understanding the needs and preferences of clients.

●     Prepare and deliver presentations or pitches to potential customers.

●     Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.

●     Maintain records of all sales activities and submit regular reports.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

●     Must have attained a grade D plus and above in KCSE.

●     Certificate/Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

●     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

●     Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

●     Positive attitude and enthusiastic for sales.

●     Basic knowledge of computer applications.
