Your mission as the Telesales Agent is responsible for reach out to potential employers, sell our recruitment solutions and provide exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key  Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote and sell BrighterMonday’s recruitment services.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable job listing and hiring solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and effectively.

Provide clients with information on pricing, features, and benefits of our recruitment solutions.

Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the ZOHO CRM system.

Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.

Work closely with the customer support and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Key Skills & Competencies

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar sales role, preferably in the recruitment, HR, or online marketplace industry.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.

Customer-focused with a passion for providing great service.

Self-motivated, result-driven, and resilient.
