Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls and messages and attend to customer enquiries
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and existing customers to highlight available offers
- Familiarize with available product lineup
- Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in tracking system
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships
- Compiling daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English and Swahili languages
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Ability to remain composed even when dealing with difficult customers
- Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer needs
- Intermediate computer proficiency (Knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory)
- College Diploma and above
- Previous telesales experience mandatory
