Job Description/Requirements
We are a debt collection agency and we are looking for a telemarketer to enable us recruit more corporate clients to our portfolio, the marketer will be tasked with the following responsibilities plus any other duty that will be assigned with the office.
Age limit not below 26yrs of age.
Relevant academic qualification as well as experience in the same field.
• Cold call to deliver scripted talks that describe the company’s services to persuade potential customers.
• Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
• Answering customer information about products,
• Obtaining customer information such as name and address and scheduling meeting for Business development manager to close on the sale.
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
• Following up on previous customers for potential sales
• Maintaining records of customer contacts
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
