Tele-Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele-Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Tele-Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base by making outbound calls to potential clients. You will be responsible for promoting our products/services, closing deals, and maintaining positive customer relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing and promoting company products/services.
• Answer inbound customer queries and provide information on products/services.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or cold calling.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and processing orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent post-sale support.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
• Report sales metrics and feedback to the sales manager on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales or tele-sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes would be an added advantage.
• High energy, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English
