You will be responsible for promoting our products/services, closing deals, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing and promoting company products/services.
- Answer inbound customer queries and provide information on products/services.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or cold calling.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and processing orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Report sales metrics and feedback to the sales manager on a regular basis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or tele-sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes would be an added advantage.
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English
