JOB SUMMARY
The category Lead will drive brand growth, lead marketing strategies, and oversee brand positioning for the beverage and snacks category. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the beverage industry, including alcoholic beverages, and a proven track record in brand management and experiential marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the brand management strategy for beverages and snacks, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.Oversee marketing campaigns, including ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) activations.Manage the full lifecycle of brand marketing, from concept creation to market execution, ensuring optimal product positioning and consumer engagement.Develop and execute experiential marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness and customer experience.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy and enhance brand performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and distribution, to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.Manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend to achieve desired outcomes.Maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to ensure effective campaign execution.Provide regular reports on brand performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.Qualifications & Skills:Education: A diploma in Marketing is a must; additional certifications or relevant marketing courses will be an added advantage.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in the marketing field.At least 5 years of experience in brand management within the beverage industry, including alcoholic beverages.Proven track record in experiential marketing and BTL activations.Age: Between 30 to 40 years.Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the beverage sector.Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
