Technical Sales Representative

JOB PURPOSE

To drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in UCEA range of animal nutrition and health products by leveraging technical expertise to provide effective solutions, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic account management and new business development.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Development:

• Expanding the client base, increasing market penetration, and securing new accounts by promoting the technical benefits and value of the products.

Sales and Account Management:

• Managing and growing sales with existing customers by meeting sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Technical Support and Solution:

• Providing technical support on animal nutrition to optimize product use, enhance outcomes, and build product preference.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

• Analyzing market data to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities for sales strategy development.

Continual Improvement Initiatives and Industry Representation:

• Driving continual improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration through (PaTaMu), and representing the company in industry forums to advocate for beneficial regulatory policies and standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• A university degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in the animal nutrition industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of animal nutrition products and solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Ability to travel extensively.
