Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth and market expansion for Grace Rock Farms by promoting products and services through technical advisory, client engagement, and the implementation of market-driven sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing, farmer outreach programs, and events, while fostering strong customer relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or a related field
At least 2–3 years’ experience in agricultural sales or extension services
Experience in crop production (particularly vegetables, fruits, and seedlings) will be an added advantage
Experience in digital marketing or social media management will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth
Identify, recruit, and onboard new clients, including farmers, agribusinesses, and institutions
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular farm visits and follow-ups
Follow up on leads and convert them into consistent customers
Work towards achieving set sales targets for seedlings, seed potatoes, and other farm products
Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports
Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
2. Technical Advisory Services
Provide practical agronomic guidance based on best practices to farmers on crop establishment, nutrition, and pest and disease management
Support clients using Grace Rock Farms products to optimize productivity
Conduct on-site farm assessments and recommend suitable products and practices
Train customers on proper handling and management of seeds and seedlings
