Job Summary
The Technical Sales Executive – HR Systems will be responsible for driving B2B sales of HR software solutions, including Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Self- Service, and Performance Management systems. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution presentation, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Description/Requirements
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with HR professionals, decision-makers, and IT teams.
- Present and demonstrate HR software solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Client Engagement, Training & Support
- Understand customer HR system requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and client presentations.
- Provide first-line technical support to clients, troubleshooting basic issues and escalating complex problems.
- Deliver training sessions to clients to ensure effective use of HR software.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the technical team to align solutions with customer expectations.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
3. Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree either Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems is a MUST.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales is a MUST, Preferable in HR software or ERPs.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with systems.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- CRM & Sales Tools: Experience using CRM software.
