Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and maintain high-speed can-making machinery.
· Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
· Troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement solutions.
· Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings.
· Collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs and upgrades.
· Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
· Document and report production data and machine performance.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
· Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Willingness to work outside Nairobi.
