We are a leading Fleet Management and Vehicle Tracking solution provider based in Tanzania. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to spearhead our sales team in the Telematics Industry. The ideal candidate will drive sales efforts for our cutting-edge solu- tions, including GPS Tracking Devices, Fleet Management Solutions, Fuel Monitoring Solutions, Asset Tracking Solutions, and Cargo Track- ing. This role is critical to our mission of delivering innovative solutions to our clients and achieving sales growth.

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Team Leader - Sales.
Job Title: Team Leader - Sales
Department: Sales and Marketing
Responsible For: Leadership of the Sales Team
Reports to: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individ ual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute sales. campaigns.
Technical Expertise:
- Leverage your knowledge of telematics platforms such as WIALON, Starcom, and Galooli to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry advance ments to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend actions to improve performance.
Adaptability:
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working within a non-home country context, understanding cultural and regional dynamics to drive business success.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales of Fleet Management and Vehicle Tracking Solutions.
- Hands-on experience with telematics platforms such as WIALON, Starcom, and Galooli is highly desirable.
Education:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills..
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility:
- Willingness to relocate or work in a non-home country position.
Reporting Line
- This position will report directly to the Sales Manager.
