Teacher (Grade 1 to 6)

Location: Ndenderu, Kiambaa.

Salary: KES 22,000

Job Summary:

The Grade 1 to 6 Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment, and ensuring students achieve their academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.

• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support holistic student development.

• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and behavior.

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about students' progress.

Required Skills:

• Classroom Management: Ability to maintain a structured, positive learning environment.

• Lesson Planning: Skilled in designing engaging, age-appropriate lessons.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and staff.

• Adaptability: Ability to modify teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.

• Problem-Solving: Skilled in addressing classroom challenges effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Grades 1 to 6.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
