Location: WestlandsJob Type: Full-timeWorking Hour: Night ShiftLanguage Proficiency: English (required)Job Summary:We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Tax Accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and tax processes, with mandatory experience in US taxes. This role requires proficiency in Excel and experience with QuickBooks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review tax returns (Federal and State) for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.Ensure compliance with US tax regulations and guidelines.Perform tax research and analysis on various tax issues.Prepare and maintain accurate tax-related documents and records.Assist in tax planning and strategy development for clients.Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2-3 years of experience in tax accounting, with mandatory experience in US taxes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with QuickBooks.Strong corporate knowledge and tax-related experience.Spanish proficiency is a plus.Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team and meet strict deadlines.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
