🔎 Pipeline Builder / Talent Sourcer 🕒 Schedule~ Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Job Description The Pipeline Builder is responsible for proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging potential candidates to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role focuses heavily on strategic sourcing, market research, and long-term relationship building with qualified active and passive candidates. The ideal candidate is resourceful, data-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring roles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized sourcing platforms
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and interest level
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of active and passive candidates
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and performance
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
- Proven ability to build and manage talent pipelines independently
- Strong research, sourcing, and passive candidate outreach skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search techniques)
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and search strategies
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and spoken English
