A top-tier global law firm is seeking an Associate to join its elite Supreme Court & Appellate practice. This is a rare opportunity to work on precedent-setting, high-stakes matters before the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts.
The team is widely recognised as one of the leading appellate practices in the market, regularly handling complex appeals, dispositive motions and strategic litigation at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities

• Work on high-stakes appellate matters before federal and state courts
• Draft merits briefs, certiorari petitions and amicus briefs
• Support complex trial court motions and appellate strategy
• Assist with litigation against government agencies and regulatory bodies
• Collaborate closely with trial teams to preserve and frame appellate issues
  

Who You Are

• 1st–5th year associate
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Completed an appellate clerkship (required)
• Strong academic credentials
• Exceptional research, writing and analytical skills
• Experience in appellate litigation at a law firm or in government is a plus
• Ability to operate in a highly analytical, high-performance environment
  

Compensation
Salary: $225,000 – $365,000 (based on class year)
Benefits: Discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package
