Job Description/Requirements
We are a leading security and logistics company with its corporate headquarters in Nairobi and currently experiencing rapid growth
We are looking for supervisors in our Nairobi establishment whose key role is to enhance supervision of guards/incharges posted in various clients’ premises
The ideal candidate will be in charge of a zone made up of about 100 guards on duty ensuring they deliver high standards of service to designated clients
Key Tasks and responsibilities
- Enforce discipline among the guards/ incharge under the area of jurisdiction
- Train staff under him in order to equip them with knowledge on the emerging security challenges
- In liaison with the customer generate working assignment instructions
- Enforce compliance with the customer’s standard operating procedures
- Act as a link between guards in the field and management
Qualifications
- Education: Mean D plus
- 2 years’ experience as a supervisor in a security firm
- Proven track record in managing teams
- Valid riding /driving license
