Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
• Stock verification
• Label and store incoming goods in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports are filed and stored properly.
• Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase.
• Responsible for the day to day check on the storage of goods and hygiene
• Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches as per the job card.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications
• Diploma in Procurement and Supplies Management
• KCSE or its equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Computer Literate
