JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in overseeing and optimizing the performance of a dynamic sales team. In this role, the successful candidate will track and analyze the daily performance of over 150 field sales reps and a call center of 30+ reps, ensuring alignment with our company objectives.The successful candidate will also be responsible for gathering and reporting sales data, managing KPIs, and enhancing operational efficiency across the sales department.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field.5 years’ experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably with experience supporting large field and call center teams in the FMCG sector.Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and sales reporting.Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Performance Tracking:Monitor daily performance of field and call center sales reps.Gather and compile sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) from the field sales force and call center teams.Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement. 2. KPI Management & Reporting: Ensure all field and call center sales reps meet defined KPIs. Provide performance insights and recommendations to the CRO and management for decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics, including order volume, sales targets, revenue, and customer engagement. 3. Sales Operations Efficiency:Collaborate with sales teams to identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.Implement and ensure adherence to sales processes, workflows, and tools.Coordinate with IT to ensure effective use of sales software and tools (SFA tools, CRM systems, etc.) 4. Team Coordination:Liaise with field managers and call center supervisors to streamline communication and ensure consistency in sales execution. Help in resource planning, workload distribution, and team performance management. 5. Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize sessions to ensure the sales teams are well-equipped with tools and techniques to meet sales objectives. Assist in onboarding new sales reps, ensuring they are well-versed in tools and performance expectations.
