About Us:We are a premier day spa in Nairobi, Kenya, dedicated to providing exceptional spa services in a serene and luxurious setting. We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:Manage and respond to incoming calls professionally and courteously.Organize and schedule client appointments using the booking system.Maintain punctuality and a professional demeanor at all times.Handle product sales and update stock levels.Accurately process payments and prepare daily reports.Maintain booking accuracy and avoid double-booking.Follow up with guests post-visit and manage client records.Ensure guests complete health forms before treatments.Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.Report client issues, complaints, or suggestions to management promptly.Assist with stock-taking and inventory monitoring.Issue and record gift vouchers.Handle daily sales reports and prepare payment mode reports.Communicate booking updates, cancellations, and changes to the team.Offer refreshments to guests and maintain professional client interactions.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:1-2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in spa or hospitality environment is an advantage).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work varied hours.Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Sales-driven and customer-focused approach.Our Company Values:Customer Satisfaction & ProfessionalismIntegrity & HonestyTeamwork & Hard WorkResponsibility & AccountabilityContinuous LearningIf you align with our values and meet the qualifications, we’d love to have you on our team!
