Sales Consultant Duties and responsibilities.
- Lead generation and qualification in the assigned territories
- Attend to any/all assigned leads efficiently and carry out regular follow ups with them.
- Identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs and align the right solutions.
- Ability to carry out presentations and demo solutions for prospective customers.
- Carry out market research and intelligence to assist in effective marketing and product positioning.
- Ensure that sales activities are conducted in line with company values, policies and ethics code of conduct.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
- Maintain contact with potential clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain good corporate relations through effective customer care and publicity of software solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Assist Account Managers in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Promote teamwork and assist in delivering both independent & departmental targets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Hospitality sector such as Front Office, Food & Beverage with Proven sales experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
