Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, innovative, and results-driven individuals for the role of Sales Consultants.

The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about technology, while possessing a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, and thriving in a collaborative environment.


Sales Consultant Duties and responsibilities.

  1. Lead generation and qualification in the assigned territories
  2. Attend to any/all assigned leads efficiently and carry out regular follow ups with them.
  3. Identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.
  4. Ability to identify and understand customer needs and align the right solutions.
  5. Ability to carry out presentations and demo solutions for prospective customers.
  6. Carry out market research and intelligence to assist in effective marketing and product positioning.
  7. Ensure that sales activities are conducted in line with company values, policies and ethics code of conduct.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
  9. Maintain contact with potential clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  10. Establish and maintain good corporate relations through effective customer care and publicity of software solutions to achieve sales targets.
  11. Assist Account Managers in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  12. Promote teamwork and assist in delivering both independent & departmental targets.

 

 Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in Hospitality sector such as Front Office, Food & Beverage with Proven sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel is essential for client engagements.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
