Job Description/Requirements

Brand Development and Messaging:
- Define and maintain a unified brand voice and aesthetic across all content and platforms.
- Craft engaging copy that resonates with diverse audiences and supports marketing initiatives.
- Drive storytelling efforts to humanize the brand and connect with audiences on a deeper level.
Community Management and Engagement:
- Foster active engagement with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage community participation.
- Monitor social sentiment and feedback to inform content strategies.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Use analytics tools to measure the performance of social media campaigns and content.
- Provide detailed reports with actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Continuously test new ideas and iterate based on data-driven results.
Trend Awareness and Innovation:
- Stay informed of the latest trends, technologies, and platform updates in social media and digital marketing.
- Introduce innovative content formats and campaign strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align content with broader business objectives.
- Manage and mentor junior team members or content creators as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Expertise in social media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations is a plus.
