Role and Responsibilities
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence and driving engagement. Your key duties will include:
Developing and implementing effective social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
Creating and curating engaging content tailored to various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Managing and growing our social media channels by fostering active community engagement.
Planning and executing social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
Monitoring social media trends and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.
Collaborating with other teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and sales goals.
Managing paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Staying up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and technologies in digital marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with the following attributes:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
Experience in running paid social media campaigns and analyzing ROI.
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.
Knowledge of facilities management or service industries is a plus.
