Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Management:
o Develop and execute social media strategies that align with Adele Dejak’s brand identity and e-commerce goals.
o Manage and optimize social media profiles, including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
o Create and schedule high-quality content that reflects our brand’s unique style and resonates with our target audience.
2. E-Commerce Platform Focus:
o Drive traffic and sales through our Shopify store by optimizing product listings, promotions, and social media integration.
o Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless shopping experience from social media to checkout.
3. Advertising Campaigns:
o Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
o Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal results and return on investment.
o Develop and refine ad creatives and targeting strategies based on performance data.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
o Track and analyze social media performance metrics and campaign results.
o Provide regular reports and insights to guide strategy and improve effectiveness.
5. Collaboration & Communication:
o Work closely with the marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and creative alignment.
o Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
