Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolios.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events that align with clients' marketing objectives.
• Ensure seamless event delivery, from concept to completion, while managing budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and effective marketing strategies for clients.
• Present agency strategies, campaigns, and proposals confidently and persuasively to clients.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure deliverables are on-brand and on time.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client results and upsell additional services.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience working with Marketing/PR agency
• Proven experience managing client portfolios in a marketing, advertising, or PR agency.
• Proven experience in managing marketing technologies or with IT experience.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing events.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
