Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various machines, including FFS machines, water filling machines, linear liquid filling machines, labeling machines, coding machines (CIJ, TIJ, and laser date coding), and multihead weighers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our machines operate efficiently and meet our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and commission filling and labeling machines at customer sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on FFS machines, water filling machines, linear liquid filling machines, labeling machines, coding machines, and multihead weighers.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues in a timely manner.
• Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of machines.
• Liaise with the sales team to provide technical support and guidance to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, machine performance, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and policies.
• Provide timely responses to emergency service requests and perform on-site repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role, specifically with liquid filling and labeling machines.
• Strong technical knowledge of FFS, water filling, linear liquid filling, labeling, coding machines (CIJ, TIJ, and laser), and multihead weighers.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site service.
• Valid driver’s license.
